Refund policy
We created Paddy Pigeon to bring smiles to families, one letter at a time. If it hasn’t been the experience you hoped for within your first 100 days, let us know. We’ll work with you to make it right.
How it works
Email us at hello@paddypigeon.com and tell us what didn’t land. There’s no form to fill in.
Making it right
What that looks like depends on what happened. It might mean sending a replacement, adjusting your plan, pausing while things settle, or refunding part or all of what you’ve paid. We’ll talk it through and agree on something that feels fair.
Personalised letters
Every Paddy Pigeon adventure is written and printed for one child, with their name on it. Once an adventure has gone into production it can’t be returned or resold, so we’re not always able to take letters back. That doesn’t change our promise — if something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll work with you to fix it.
If something arrives damaged, or not at all
Tell us and we’ll send another one. You don’t need to return anything, and this isn’t limited to your first 100 days.
Cancelling
You’re in control. Log in to your account at any time to pause, skip, resume or cancel your subscription yourself — you don’t need to ask us. If you’d rather we handled it, just email and we will. See our Terms & Conditions for how cancellation works with each plan.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This promise sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it doesn’t replace or limit them. If something is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of this promise.
