When Cubby's first letter ships
Every child’s first letter is sent as part of Cubby’s Welcome Mailings. This creates a monthly rhythm from the very beginning, giving families something to look forward to month after month. Your first letter is sent according to when you order—order by the 15th of the month and it joins the upcoming mailing; order after the 15th and it joins the following month’s mailing instead.
How long letters take
Within Australia
Most letters arrive within 3–10 business days after posting.
Everywhere else
Usually up to four weeks, depending on customs and local post.
Delivery within Australia is free. For everywhere else, a flat international postage rate applies to your order and is shown during checkout before payment.
Waiting for the post
As Cubby’s letters become part of your family’s monthly routine, each arrival becomes a little moment to look forward to.
Because every Paddy Pigeon envelope is sent through the post, tracking isn’t available. The exact day remains a surprise—but that’s part of what makes finding Cubby’s latest adventure feel so special.
When you’re charged
Billing and mailing run on two separate schedules. Your card is charged according to your subscription plan—independently of when your letters are posted.
Your first payment is taken the moment you subscribe. If you’re on the Monthly plan, your subscription then renews automatically on the 15th of every month after that.
Complete Season and Gift a Year are paid in a single upfront payment at checkout, not monthly. Complete Season renews automatically as one payment after 12 months unless cancelled; Gift a Year does not renew at all—it simply ends after 12 months.
If you move house
Let us know before the next mailing and Cubby’s letter will follow your child to their new address. If the next envelope is already prepared, the change applies to the adventure after that.
